It's That Time of Year

Halloween is coming and the ghost hunts are increasing, not only because of the holiday but because this time of the year is the best for spirit activity. Have you ever heard that old saying, ‘there’s something in the air’? Cooler weather experienced in autumn increases the electrostatic energy in the air; the best time being October through February.

What is electrostatic energy? Well, you know what Static Energy is, that’s when you hurry across a carpeted room in your socks to reach a doorknob that is going to shock you with a bolt of electricity. The change in climate between a hot, muggy summer to a cool, breezy autumn allows a lot of static energy to build. Spirits are also thought to be energy and the combination of those two forces is electrostatic energy or the possibility of increased energy in static form. At any rate, whether I explained it well or not, it’s a good time to ghost hunt.

The caution that Cee’s Ghost Hunting and Paranormal wants to make is that Halloween can also be a time of what we call, ghost torture.

Spirits are living people who have departed their physical being for a energy being, they are not Halloween side shows, nor should they be used as ‘let’s scare the new kid’ games. There are responsibilities to ghost hunting and high on the list is RESPECT.

Respect for the spirits and for other ghost hunters who come after you. In the last ten years of hunting, I’ve seen cemeteries go from opened fields to boundaries, all the way to fencing and security guards. Your actions can influence the next group of ghost hunters who are seeking knowledge, not thrills.

If you are going out on a ghost hunt here are the RULES of RESPECT that all professional groups follow.

Ø     Spirits were once living people treat them with respect when you ask questions. Don’t antagonize or challenge them, is that how you want to be treated when you are deceased?

Ø     The property you are on belongs to someone who has to pay taxes…be respectful and do no damage. That’s pretty simple there, behave yourself and act like a professional.

Ø     Introduce yourself; let the spirits know who you are, why you are there and that they are remembered.

Ø     Stay together: never go off alone, you could fall in a well and Lassie has been retired a long time who’s going save you?

Ø     Document your findings: The whole purpose of ghost hunting should be to gather evidence. The more we find out the more we can understand about the after life and how we can help those that are stuck for one reason or another.

Ø     Be Professional; or you have no business out there.

New Photos! Ghost in Window

This photo was taken in Skiddy, Kansas at an abandoned building. What do you see?

Here is the orginial shot before enlarging. What do you see? Some say there are faces peering out of the windows and several faces on the right side edge of the photo in the trees.

Do you see faces looking out those windows?

Now the thing that is really intresting is this; look at the orginial photo again and look at that first window. I see a face there, but nothing would allow me to enhance or enlarge that section of the photo. I was able to enlarge the second window where I believe a woman is standing and looking out. I was able to enlarge the section where I believe I see faces in the trees but no matter what I did I could not enlarge or enhance that first window. I wonder why?

We will be posting more photos soon! Be sure to check back...you can do the bottom of this page and sign up for the email alerts. When we upload new photos you will recieve a notice that something new is added!

Remember: Always respect the dead, the property you are investigating and other ghost hunters.

Spring Cemetery Photos

It was a lovely, warm, clear evening when the three of us decided to get out of the house and visit a local country cemetery.  Cheryl was the leader, as she is the professional in all of this, I usually go along just to make notes and we invited my neighbor Sherry, who is a closest ghost hunter from way back. The three of us each had a camera, a bottle of water and high hopes for some great evidence.

We chose a cemetery out in the country because most of the city cemeteries now gate and lock their places at dusk; right when it’s starting to get interesting. Not that we blame them, mind you. There are a lot of people out there who do not respect the dead, destroy property and really just go ghost hunting for the sheer scare factor. Shame on them.

About twenty or so miles outside of Topeka, Kansas we found this country cemetery complete with an old church. We had no idea how active a spot we had stumbled on!

I will try to give you enlargements of orbs whenever possible without compromising the photo.

There is just so much that is unknown about orbs and just looking at that ball of energy sparks so many questions!

Just a big pocket of energy! This one looks like it is so alive.

Look at the window- see the mist? Let's see it up closer.
That's not a glare from the sun. The sun was setting on the other side of the building as we arrived.

And as night arrived, so did the activity.

And the colors? You know, there are folks that can see the colors of people's oras. Perhaps, there is a connection between oras and orbs?

The photos look different because you have three different cameras and three different photographers. Cheryl, lead investigator and founder of Cee's Ghost Hunting and Paranormal has a theory about the gathering of orbs. Over the years of investigations she's noticed a pattern of orbs moving in groups as if they are gathering and using one another's energy. Check out the photos and decide for yourself.

Isn't it beautiful! Remember, We were not seeing this until we uploaded the photos to the computer. We were feeling the electricity and knew that something was going on but we had no idea it was this wonderful!

Are you kidding me!?! Look at this energy and what's that a rod? Let's take time to enlarge some of these.

Electric! White hot energy, no one knows yet what these different shaped orbs are, someday we will. As long as there are hunters out there that are searching for answers instead of just the scare of adventure, we will find the answers.

Orbs seem to be as different as people are; some large, some small, some bright, some dull, some colors, some not...there are so many differences and so much to learn.

That's as enlarged as I could get on that one. I wish I could have telescoped in because it almost looks like a smile but it sure is moving fast; look at the jet stream of energy it is trailing.

I zoomed in on this one and it looks like faces within the color pigments but then I thought I might be matrixing because of my excitement so I leave it up to you. What do you see?

That's Cheryl standing and Sherry sitting on the steps. Sherry and I were sitting on the steps when we had a personal expierence. I was sitting one step down so it flew past me first. It was a black shape, the size of a bird and it flew that fast. I thought, "there are no birds flying at night," and about that time Sherry yelled, "Did you see that!"

She said as it past her it was coming straight at her and she could see the black form but she also saw white striping on the edges. We do not know what it was, we could not document it as it moved that fast but it was a neat expierence that gave us goosebumps for awhile.

Looks like Sherry and Cheryl are being checked out!

Let's move into the cemetery now and see what's happening out there.

 I swear I see a face.

 Yep, someone's smiling.

I think this is my favorite shot. The orbs look like large planets hanging in the sky. They even appear to have mass to them.

There's something interesting; the green fluttering spot in the middle of the photo.

There it is --up close--it has green energy flowing around it. Wild.

Now, I want to show you some of the best orbs we photographed.

 Beautiful

 they are moving fast

and the final one

We had a great time investigating the local cemetery and we urge you to grab your camera and go out hunting! But remember to always be respectful of the dead, of their surroundings and of other hunters out there.
